Shopping Policy and Procedure


Browsing Through

You can browse through our store, view items at any time. However, to make a purchase on-line, you are required to register with us.


Register & Login

We invite you to register with Parkson On-line so we can update you with the latest promotions. Once you have registered with us, please use the same login ID in future. The login ID can be used for future shopping with Parkson Shop On-line.


Shopping Bag

As you browse through our store, you can pick the item you want and drop it into the "Shopping Bag". The "Shopping Bag" will hold all the items you have selected until you pay for them at "Check-Out". You can continue browsing through our store and repeat the above step to make additonal purchases, additional item that you choose to purchase will also be placed into the "Shopping Bag".

You can click on the "Shopping Bag" icon at any time to view the items you have selected to purchase. You can remove items from your shopping bags, view items, update quantity and continue shopping or prepare orders.

Only if you have login, your selected items will be kept in your shopping bag. Without logging in, items selected will be cleared when you exit from Shop On-line.



Prepare Order

If you are ready to prepare an order, click "Prepare Order" button. A table listing the items in your shopping bag will appear. The total charges for the items in the Order List will also be listed. If you are satisfied with your order, you may click on the "Place Order" to proceed or click on the "Continue Shopping" to continue.


Place Order

A table showing the items from your order list will appear. You are required to select a shipping address from the address book now. Once you have selected the shipping address, click on the "Check-Out" button to confirm your order. Your address book if created would already have listed your own and other addresses in it. To add a new address, click on the "Add" button to continue.


Check Out

You are now ready to complete the shop on-line transaction. The recipient name, shipping address and telephone number, the total purchase charges and shipping charges will appear. Once you confirm your order details and are satisfied with the charges, to check out, you may choose the Payment Type by Credit Card (Visa or Master) or Maybank2U or Money/Postal Order.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary according to the country / state zone your order is shipped to, i.e. West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore and etc. Please refer to Shipping Table.


Sales Tax

A 3% Goods and Services Tax for Singapore will apply to those total purchases above S$300 per consignment shipped to a Singapore address.


Door-To-Door Delivery

All on-line orders are for door-to-door delivery only. Arrangements can be made to have your goods delivered to a Malaysia or Singapore address. Deliveries under normal circumstances should be made within 10 days upon confirmation of your order by the store. Deliveries to Postal Boxes (P.O. Box) will not be entertaind.


Order Status

Once you have completed the "Check Out" process, we will send you an e-mail with an Order Number for acknowledgement that we have received your order and are processing it.


Order Number

You will receive an Order Number when you submit your order on-line, as well as in the e-mail. Please keep this Order Number for any future communcations with Customer Service.


Out of Stock Situation

If any of the items you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you within 48 hours. You may choose to have the other items delivered first and be kept informed about the stock status of the items. Payment will be revised accordingly.

Refund / Return Policy :

If you are not fully satisfied with any of the items you receive, please direct all enquiries through e-mail at shopkeeper@parkson.com.my or call our Shopkeeper at
03-3446186 for arrangements.

Please be informed of the following refund / return procedures :

1. Cooling- off Period
Any item purchase from Parkson Shop On-line, will have a 10 business days cooling-off period, except for food hampers.


2. Return / Refund of Unsatisfied Goods
If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you receive, you have 10 business days to act on goods return. To return goods, please follow the following steps :

You have the remaining 3 days to return the goods to the following address :

A refund (excludes shipping fees) will be made for return of unsatisfied goods only if goods are received in good condition (with original packing), within the cooling off period, i.e. 10 business days.
